This site was created for visitors to create their own video content and send it to friends, acquaintances, etc. By visiting this site, you, the user, agree to be bound by the Rules and Regulations of this Terms of Service section. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this site, then you forfeit the right to use the site. You take full responsibility for use of and access to this site.

Intent:

This site was created to give users the opportunity to e-mail their own messages via video. The content of the message will not include unlawful, harassing, libelous, defamatory, vulgar, abusive, harmful, threatening, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind. Nor will you use this site for illegal purposes.

You will not use this site for junk mail, spam, chain letters, or any use of distribution lists to any person who has not given specific permission to be included in such process.
